What will you see?
Dream Destination 2019 – Miami. Havana. Cozumel. Roátan. Great Stirrup Cay.
Miami to Miami
From the lively beaches of Miami to the old world charm of Havana, FFS’ Dream Destination Conference 2019 will be touring the Caribbean for eight days and seven nights aboard the luxurious Regent Seven Seas Voyager. From March 5 to 12, 80 couples will enjoy roundtrip airfare to Miami and an all-inclusive trip through Havana, Cozumel, Roátan, the Great Stirrup Cay and back again.
This Caribbean journey begins with Miami, whose warm shores match its buzzing nightlife. The Art Deco District is home to the largest collection of Art Deco architecting in the world, offering a picturesque piece of history. The city features excellent shopping from Bal Harbor to Coconut Grove as well as authentic Cuban dining along Calle Ocho. It’s fitting that the city known as the “Gateway to the Americas” will set the stage for the rest of our journey.

From Miami, we proceed to what has until now been the most elusive port of the Caribbean: Havana, Cuba. As a result of a decades-long embargo, Havana Harbor gives the impression that time has stood still, with 50’s Cadillacs lining the cobbled streets, and the striking old world architecture of the city’s plaza’s remaining untouched. For the cigar connoisseurs, Havana offers an unparalleled selection of fine Cuban cigars. Experience Cuban art through time at the National Museum of Fine Arts or view the striking mosaics along the walls of the Gaudi-inspired Cuban artist José Fuster’s home, Fusterlandia. As you enjoy Havana, it’s impossible not to feel the deep sense of history – from relishing a mojito in Hemingway’s favorite bar, El Floridita, to catching a show at the world famous Tropicana cabaret. This is the destination of a lifetime and not to be missed!
From Havana, we travel to Roátan, Honduras with its white sand beaches, tropical sunsets and excellent diving. This natural wonder features extensive reefs and a large variety of sponge and pillar coral, often within swimming distance from shore. Visit the Gumbalimba Reservation Park and see the incredible collection of wildlife, try your luck at catching prized game fish aboard a local fishing vessel, or swim with the dolphins on one of Regent’s many shore excursions.
Cozumel, the largest inhabited island in Mexico, marks our next destination. Here again, the raw natural beauty of the island, with its healthy coral reefs and majestic surf, serve as the main draw. In Cozumel you can discover the history of chocolate and the Mayan culture at the Mayan Cacao Company or learn about Mayan cuisine as part of a cooking class.
Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas
Our final port before returning to Miami is Great Stirrup Cay, an uninhabited private island designed with you in mind. This is the ultimate in relaxation, with hammocks lining the powdery white sand beaches to let you soak up the Bahamian sun. Snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boating are all on offer along the calm waters. Enjoy a favorite cocktail and dine on the complimentary midday beachside BBQ in this scenic retreat.
